3 General Information (GI) Go To SoD, ToC, EoD
This web page is about Learning about the Internet Marketing Businesses that provide products and/or services associated with chance, fortune, games, investment, fun, learning, earning, etc. Many businesses on the internet market a main set of products and/or services, and they also market a part of the business, which is frequently referred to as marketing the business opportunity. In this document, marketing the business opportunity may also be referred to as marketing the game. Marketing the business opportunity is done by referrers who are to get people to join the businesses, as affiliates, referrers, and/or customers. People that the referrers get to join the businesses are the referrer's referrals, and are in the referrer's down line. Frequently, the business will pay commissions to their referrers based on the earnings of the referrer's down line.
A marketing system that has down lines is generally denoted as a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) System. In a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) System, the marketers are considered to be on various levels. The top level may be denoted as first level. The next level down may be denoted as the second level, etc. In MLM, the marketers try to sign up people to be in their down line to assist them, and their down line members, in turn, recruit others to help them, etc.
A Residual Income System is a system in which you keep getting paid for work done and/or investments made in the past. Residual Income Systems may or may not involve the marketing of a product and/or service. Income from Social Security, pensions, savings, etc are examples of Residual Income Systems that do not involve the marketing of a product and/or service. Multi Level Marketing (MLM) Systems are a specific type of Residual Income System which involve the marketing of a product and/or service.
Frequently, members of Residual Income Systems ( and Multi Level Marketing (MLM) Systems) are distributed on levels such that number of members on a given level increase with level down, such that there are few members on the top level and many members on the bottom level. This type of distribution is frequently called a pyramid type of distribution. The Pyramid illustrates the idea of there being a few people at the top and many people at the bottom. Hence, Multi Level Marketing (MLM) Systems and Residual Income Systems are often referred to as Pyramid Systems.
A situation in which there are many people on the bottom whose main objective is to make money mainly by marketing the business opportunity tends toward being False Business Opportunity Multi Level Marketing (also called False Multi Level Marketing). True Business Opportunity Multi Level Marketing (also called True Multi Level Marketing) can exist only in a system in which the people on the bottom want to buy the main set of products and/or services that the business is to provide.
Pyramid Systems are defined as being illegal if they tend to deceive people into be believing that if they invest a relatively small amount of money they will receive a large return on their investment. Generally, if a real product and/or service is provided, then the Pyramid System is not illegal. Frequently if a product and/or service is provided, the Pyramid System is considered to be legal. In my opinion, if the Pyramid Systems is marketing mainly only the game, then it comes very close to being an illegal pyramid scheme. If it comes close to being an illegal pyramid scheme, then the chances of a large number of people getting a good return on their investment is low.

These are bubble investment games. Generally, like many of the other money making games, because a product and/or service is provided, these bubble investment games are considered to not be illegal pyramid schemes. In my opinion, if the game is marketing mainly only the game, then it comes very close to being an illegal pyramid scheme. If it comes close to being an illegal pyramid scheme, then the chances of a large number of people getting a good return on their investment is low. For more information about pyramid schemes, etc, click here. Theoretically, each bubble investment game can continue operating indefinitely, because people can join as often as they want to and new people are always coming into existence. There are a number of ways we may identify the stages of bubble investment games. One way is: new, prime, old, have-problem, has-been. Sometimes the bubble games have problems before becoming has-beens. Some of the bubble games become has-beens, with or without notice and they may or may not provide the specified payment. Generally in these games there are no refunds. Before you play, you should make a determination about whether you will get sufficient return on investment. Here is the procedure: (1) In a specified allowable range, spend the amount of money that you want to spent, (2) Make a link to advertise your website or affiliate program, until you're paid, (3) Other people are to make spends after you do, (4) You receive Your Spend + a specified percentage of your spend when your link in the list reaches the top of the list and there is enough money below you to pay you, your referrer and to float the profit leverage.

These are randomizer money making games. Generally, because a product and/or service is provided, these randomizer money making games are considered to not be illegal pyramid schemes. Theoretically, each randomizer money making game can continue operating indefinitely, because new people are always coming into existence. There are a number of ways we may identify the stages of the games. One way is: new, prime, old, have-problem, has-been. Another is: increasing, maximum, decreasing, have-problem, has-been. And another is: initial transient, initial maximum, steady state, have-problem, has-been. The worst stage to be in is the has-been stage; but sometimes it is possible to recover from the has-been stage. Generally, randomizer money making games will not become has-beens as long as the administrator group is making a good return on investment. Also, the expectation is that randomizer money making games will last a long time if a sufficient number of members are making sufficient return on investment. In these games, generally there are no refunds. Before you play, you should make a determination about whether you will get sufficient return on investment. Here is the procedure: (1) You pay one or more members and you pay the administrator. For your money you get at least an affiliated replicated webpage that markets at least the game. And you get promotion to the webpage by use of a randomized link rotator. (2) You sell the game. For each sale that you make, you get paid.

These are money investment systems. The main product to be considered in these systems is money-time. You loan them money in an earlier time interval and they pay you back in a later time interval. The pay back money is expected to be more than the loaned money. If the pay back money is sufficiently large compared with the loaned money, then you are getting a good return on your investment. But, frequently, the higher the yield, the higher the risk. Generally the money investment systems will include an explanation about why they want money-time and/or how they are going to get a gain. This will help you to decide whether or not to get involved in a particular money investment system. The money investment systems are similar to randomizer money making games and bubble games, in that, there are a number of ways we may identify the stages of the money investment system operation. One way is: new, prime, old, have-problem, has-been. In money investment system operations, the has-been stage may or may not be acceptable; it depends on the planned term. In my opinion, there is a very good chance that many of these money investment systems on the internet are high risk. Some of the new, prime, and old money investment systems on the internet can become have-problem systems and/or has-been systems, with or without notice and they may or may not provide the specified payment. Sometimes, you may not be able to get any of your money back; or you may be able to get part or all of your money back. Frequently, there is some type of fee to withdraw your money, and you may or may not have timely information about the fee. Generally it's OK, if there is a fee to withdraw; you just have to leave your money in the account until the money is at an amount that will give sufficient return on investment. I think, more problems occur when you are in the process of withdrawing money, as compared with the process of depositing money. For more information about money investment systems on the internet, click: HYIOsRated, HYIPWorld, MyHYIP, HYIP-Portal, Search-Gold, and/or Alexa. Before you join a money investment system, you should make a determination about whether you will get sufficient return on investment. Here is the expected procedure: (1) You loan them money in an earlier time interval, (2) they pay you back in a later time interval.

● Links to Share Holding Traffic Provider Money Making Systems
These are share holding traffic provider money making systems. Participants in share holding traffic provider money making systems may be categorized as: the administrator group, the readers group and the advertisers group. The administrator group will include as least one person. The readers group and the advertisers group each is expected to consist of a large number of people. A person may be in one, some or all of the three groups. Readers may also be affiliates and/or a referrers. The administrator group is the traffic provider. Generally, two products are involved in a share holding traffic provider money making system. The product to the readers is information; the product to the advertisers is advertisement. Since the readers and advertisers receive products, they are customers. Money comes into the system mainly by the advertisers. The advertisers will pay money to internet traffic providers (i.e., the administrator group) to get readers to navigate (i.e., click-through) to their advertising web sites. The advertisers are customers to the traffic providers and the readers are potential customers to the advertisers.
In some systems such as news systems, readers must pay to receive information; but in a share holding traffic provider money making system, generally, readers receive money for the time they spend receiving information. Since readers can earn and receive money, they are marketers. So, for the traffic providers, generally, the readers are customers and marketers. And for the advertisers, the readers are potential customers.
Generally, there are some advertisers who are not readers and there are some advertisers who are readers. Generally the income of the share holding traffic provider money making systems is proportional to the number of readers. The readers are the share holders and are also called the members. If you are a member, then the rate at which you make money depends on the number of shares you have. Generally, to increase your shares, you market and/or sell products and/or services to others and to yourself. And in return you get shares and/or money. Specifically, you increase your number of shares by clicking-through to web sites. Also, you can increase your shares by referring other people to the share holding traffic provider money making system. Also, you can increase your shares by joining programs. Some of the programs, you can join for free. Some of the programs, you must pay money to join. Also, you can buy shares. Upgrading your membership is the same as buying shares. The number of shares you get is proportion to the amount of money you spend. Generally, you must reach a cash-out amount before you get money. The general question is, can you reach one or more cash-outs before the system becomes a has-been. Similar to the other systems and/or games, there are a number of ways we may identify the stages of share holding traffic provider money making systems. One way is: new, prime, old, have-problem, has-been. Another is: initial transient, initial maximum, steady state, have-problem, has-been. Before you join a share holding traffic provider money making system, you should make a determination about whether you will get sufficient return on investment. Here is the expected procedure: (1) You join a share holding traffic provider money making system, (2) You market, sell, buy, use and/or provide products and/or services, (3) You accumulate shares, (4) You get paid money. The amount of money you get is proportional to the number of shares you have.

● Links to Advertisement and Membership Money Making
These are advertisement and membership money making systems. The two main items to be considered in these systems are advertisement and membership. Usually, there are at least two categories of membership, which may be denoted as regular and pro. The rate at which you make money depends on the type of membership that you have. Generally, the money making rate is higher for pro. But, pro members must be concerned with first breaking even and then getting an acceptable return on investment. Generally, money is made by the sale of advertisement and memberships.
Generally, you must reach a cash-out amount before you get money. The general question is, can you reach one or more cash-outs before the system becomes a has-been. Similar to the other systems and/or games, there are a number of ways we may identify the stages of advertisement and membership money making systems. One way is: new, prime, old, have-problem, has-been. Another is: initial transient, initial maximum, steady state, have-problem, has-been. Generally, regular membership is for free; and your investment is mainly time. And, pro membership is for fee; and your investment is mainly money. Before you join a advertisement and membership money making systems as a regular or pro member, you should make a determination about whether you will get sufficient return on investment. Here is the expected procedure: (1) You join a advertisement and membership money making system, (2) You participate in the sale of advertisement and memberships, (3) You get paid money proportional to your sales, (4) You get paid a certain amount of money proportional to other members sales.

These are nutritional supplement provider systems that provide business opportunity. Nutritional supplements is the main product. In some of these nutritional supplement provider systems, you are required to buy nutritional supplement at specified rates. Or, sometimes, your marketing level is determined by the rate at which you buy products. If the company tends to make you buy faster than you want to or need to, then the company may be providing a false business opportunity. I think there are many nutritional supplement provider systems that provide a false business opportunity. But, I think there are some nutritional supplement provider systems that do provide true business opportunity. Frequently, you are required to make a monetary investment in order to market the product. The general question is, can you get a good return on your investment before the company becomes a has-been. [01] 2005/0308, I reached the first $10 cash out amount. 2005/0309, I requested payout, and received the following message. "$10.034987 will be paid to you in the next 7 days after your last request. So please request your payout only once. When you request your payout more then once within the 7 days, it will cost you 50 cents per extra request. Please be sure ALL your personal info is Correct including your address and country info. When your info is not correct it cost you $5 and you not will be paid till you corrected your info and requested payout again. Please be sure that you as well filled in your Payout info for the way you request your Payout, otherwise it as well cost 50 Cents".
In my opinion, the cash out system could be improved to make it more user friendly. Any way, 2005/0313, I did receive the $10 payout. It took only four days. So, at time 2005/0313, my opinion was that the MyFreeShares business was a new business in its initial transient and is a long way from becoming a has-been.
[02] 2005/0926, I reached the second $10 cash out amount. 2005/0928, I requested payout, and received essentially the same message indicated in [01] above. So, in my opinion, the cash out system still could be improved to make it more user friendly. Any way, 2005/0930, I did receive the $10 payout. It took only two days. So, at the update time of this web page, my opinion is that the MyFreeShares business is still a long way from becoming a has-been.
[03] 2006/0409, I reached the third $10 cash out amount. 2006/0413, I requested payout, and received essentially the same message indicated in [01] above. So, in my opinion, the cash out system still could be improved to make it more user friendly. For PayPal, a 2% Mass Pay Fee has been included. That reduces the $10 cash out to $9.80. Any way, 2006/0425, I did receive the $9.80 payout. It took 12 days. The 7 day requirement was not met; but, at the update time of this web page, my opinion is that the MyFreeShares business is still a long way from becoming a has-been.
[04] 2007/0625, I reached the fourth cash, but this cash out was $20, instead of $10. 2006/0625, I requested payout, and received essentially the same message indicated in [01] above; except that 7 day payout time objective has been changed to a 10 day payout time objective. The Pay Fee of note [03] still applies. For PayPal, a 2% Mass Pay Fee has been included. That reduces the $20 cash out to $19.60. Any way, 2007/0702, I did receive the $19.60 payout. It took 7 days. The 10 day objective was met. At the update time of this web page, my opinion is that the MyFreeShares business is still a long way from becoming a has-been.
